		<description>@rafiki Sema! This was a really really simple steak. Just salt &amp; pepper. The chips were oven baked, first I parboiled them for 15 minutes, then tossed them in some olive oil, salt &amp; some sprigs of thyme. Baked for about 30 minutes.

The best chips I have ever made, were actually triple cooked. It&#039;s a technique by Fat Duck chef Heston Blumenthal. Look it up, its amazing....</description>
