I am a geek, foodie, beer lover, wine lover & apple fanboy . The way I see it food is amazing science at work, I don’t think my mum thinks this but she has years of experience, that why she cooks amazing food. My approach to food is constant questioning why does this work not that. I have an over inquisitive nature. I am always questioning and seeking answers in anything & everything. I will not believe anything without having a decent level of understanding in the given subject matter. This curiosity started from day zero, I was one of those kids who pestered their parents with endless questions. But I was lucky, I had the smartest man I have ever met as my Dad, the man was patient & he seemed to know everything.
So I cook now……. It’s a lifelong journey
